These Terms & Conditions apply to schools, colleges, administrators, teachers, students, parents, and all authorized users accessing SmartEdus services.

By visiting SmartEdus.com or any of its subdomains or pages, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions outlined on this page, please do not use the SmartEdus website.

The terminology outlined herein pertains to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Statement, the Disclaimer Notice, and any associated Agreements: "Client", "You", and "Your" denote the individual accessing this website and agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth by the Company. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our", and "Us" refer to our organization. The terms "Party", "Parties", or "Us" signify both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves individually. About SmartEdus Services

SmartEdus provides educational institution management solutions including student management, attendance, examinations, fees, staff management, reports, certificates, payroll, communication, and related digital services.

User Accounts

Institutions must provide accurate registration information. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and account security.

Institution Responsibilities

Data Ownership

Schools and colleges remain owners of their institutional, student, staff, and academic data. SmartEdus provides the technology platform to manage this information.

User Responsibilities

Subscription and Payments

SmartEdus services may be provided through subscription plans. Institutions agree to pay charges according to their selected plan and billing terms.

Service Availability

SmartEdus works to maintain reliable service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, internet issues, or third-party service failures.

Data Security

SmartEdus applies reasonable security measures including access control, monitoring, encryption, and backup procedures to protect information.

Intellectual Property Rights

All software, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and technology belonging to SmartEdus remain the intellectual property of SmartEdus.

Acceptable Use

Users must not use SmartEdus for illegal activities, unauthorized access, harmful content, or activities affecting platform security.

Third-Party Services

SmartEdus may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS providers, email services, and cloud providers. Their own terms and policies apply.

SmartEdus may provide backup facilities, but institutions should maintain their own important records according to their requirements.

Payment Gateway Terms & Conditions

Please be informed that additional transaction charges may be applicable. For more information, kindly contact your institution administrator.
SmartEdus does not store any of your bank credentials or card details. You will be securely redirected to the respective bank’s page to complete your transaction.

Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are not permitted for transactions conducted through this channel.
Should any disputes arise concerning payments, please reach out to the institution administrator.
In the event of any payment-related disputes, you are advised to get in touch with the institution administrator.
If there are any disagreements related to payments, you are encouraged to contact the institution administrator.
